• Responsible for day to day campaign management– from creative conception through to asset delivery. As the sole lead on Teach First’s award-winning HR advertising campaign I delivered recruitment brochures, corporate films and an extensive print and digital advertising suite. • Forged strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. This was key to the successful rollout of multifaceted campaigns such as Dulux ‘Colour Futures’ . The core deliverables were a colour-accurate book, produced in 10 languages to be delivered to the same deadline as a multi-lingual website and internal communications teaser campaign. This content ignites the brand’s global marketing and PR activity. • Accountable for planning and defining project scope as well as working closely with clients to identify campaign goals and establish KPI’s. • Resourced, briefed and managed workflow of the design and production teams to fulfill deliverables across a breadth of formats and channels. • Project managed complex photoshoots – responsible for an annual £250,000 stills and film production schedule for AkzoNobel. Worked closely with a creative director to source locations and crew. • Ensured brand identity and key messaging consistency across campaign assets. For Rio Tinto and BNP Paribas I worked with an Editorial Director to generate content for a wide variety of employer branding campaigns and diversity communications. • Costing – drafted client quotes for ThisCity Managing Director. Negotiated contracts and rates with freelancers and suppliers. • Budgeting – monitored actual expenditure figures across projected spend and ensured all project profit margins were met. • Media buying and management for HR clients such as Clifford Chance. • Efficiently handled all account management and client service duties–schedule creation and management, leading client meetings, report writing and presenting.
