As an Account Manager for LVC, it’s my responsibility to forge consistency and understanding between the client and team. This ensures the timely and accurate delivery of all projects. Having worked at LVC since July 2014, and with a background within Industrial Design, my skills allow me to shape my role by inviting new ways of working, establishing a core relationship with a multitude of clients, and solidifying the company’s attitude. Using these skills, I am also able to market LVC and create new opportunities to bring in clients from a variety of industries. Working closely with the team, I have developed strong relationships with every department, which ensures the smooth running of client briefs, and maintains the lively office atmosphere. My role includes: · Building strong client relationships. · Liaising with the client and informing them at all stages of the project. · Develop plans and timelines that work closely with the LVC team to ensure deadlines are met. · Marketing to a wider audience and devising plans to introduce new clients to LVC. · Monitoring the progress of projects on a daily basis. · Working with suppliers and contractors. · Observing the team and ensure that work flows pertinently. · Managing and anticipating risks that could potentially cause delays to the project. · Devising contingency plans and providing solutions rapidly. · Ensuring that each project is kept to budget and to the highest standard of quality. · Assisting the team to maintain a dialogue about design related to client requirements. · Quality control of all work prior to its delivery to the client. · Managing the accounts budget and invoicing the client.
