Management and coordination across 5x 3 minute episodes of children’s programme making. Liaising with MD, PM and Series Director and actioning on all production orientated tasks. Call sheets and risk assessment creation, PO’s for invoices and float recs on PMI, Booking trains, cars and accommodation for crew and cast, Securing location timings, general logistics for filming day, kit hire booking, refreshments, and props transportation. Scheduling with the series director and on location support. Dealt with crewing and sourcing talent for the production such a data wrangler and sound. Also helped with crewing on other productions and ad hoc tasks. Post production paperwork on silvermouse for BBC delivery including diamond diversity, BBC compliance, cue sheets and PASC’s. Ordering screeners and masters for the production including coordinating delivery some in digibeta tapes other in film, organising and coordinating film to digital conversion and delivery

Assisting the production manager with organising and logging release forms and creating unit list in preparation for postproduction whilst the editing team are in the edit. Setting up & completing post production paperwork delivery for Channel 5 including inputting music cues on q and purchasing archive and sending over to post house for final play out. Diamond Diversity paperwork and communicating with PM, HOP and Exec ensuring all tasks are completed. On location support including responsible for release form signing members of the public and children. Keeping on top of car bookings when on location and looking after celebrities ensuring they sign release forms also. Buying props and food for filming days.
