Due to small team in Pod Festivals, my official title was sponsorship and marketing however, in reality the skillset required was much more far reaching. My responsibilities included social media for festivals and shows, web content creation, copywriting, festival logistics (on site transport for 15,000 attendees, Sustainability manager for All Together Now, Artistic management) , PR, managing journalists, managing media partners, managing and acquiring sponsors, working with sponsor build agencies, PA to creative director, Performer and their management management, accommodation, scheduling, performer visas and logistics, invoices and payments, budgeting
