I bring together over 20 years’ editorial, copywriting, project management, leadership and coaching expertise in marketing, IT, PR and publishing - across a wide range of global companies - including Apple UK, Channel 4 Television, T-Mobile and Schreiber Media. Having a strong collaborative ‘can do’ approach, coupled with an extensive range of practical skills, has consistently attributed toward the successful implementation of a wide range of editorial projects.

  • Managing & Co-ordinating communications for their flagship magazine Real Leaders (YPO). Researching engaging and innovating editorial content for potential interviews. Liaising with Editor in Chief and CEO in respect of editorial ideas/suitable photographs/contributors for each issue of Real Leaders. Transcribing interviews into copy that is appropriate for print and digital distribution. Improving the outreach and continual growth of The South African Fashion Handbook and The Whisky Handbook by contacting potential contributors. Co-ordinating briefing meetings to prioritise projects and allocate agreed responsibilities and timelines to the Art Director and Junior Copywriter. Liaising with clients in respect of identifying their requirements and providing regular updates in view of timelines, deliverable and risks, to ensure transparency and good cient relations were maintained. Proactively engaging with individuals as potential subscribers to our publications which involved actively promoting the company's portfolio.
