  • • My main role was working with Charles Saatchi on all book publications – both his own and Gallery books – from pitching concepts through to design, editing, budgeting and publishing • Commissioning design houses, publishers and distributors and directing them throughout the creative process to deliver beautiful, original publications • Worked closely with the Head of Retail to create interesting and relevant merchandise to accompany Gallery shows such as clothing and gifts • Worked with artists and galleries to create limited edition prints to sell in the Gallery print shop • Managed ad hoc creative projects across departments within the gallery from the website through to the Education Department • Assisted Charles Saatchi in curating Gallery shows • Represented the Gallery at Private Views, acting as a point of contact for important artists, gallerists and buyers • Oversaw show changes which required managing a team of 30 technicians, plus artists and their assistants • Undertook traditional EA duties, such as managing private travel arrangements, restaurant and entertainment reservations (often under considerable time pressure), dictation, greeting guests, gate-keeping, and preparing presentations • I oversaw the administration of the collection of over 2,500 works: cataloguing, shipment, restoration, and photography
