I flew out to Val D'Isere to complete the final few months of a ski season. As a Chalet Host customer service was paramount, being personable and approachable. As well as a keen eye for detail in the maintenance of the chalet and no fear of hard work!
Marketing Assistant

• Redesigned social media strategy. Increased traffic and hits on Facebook by 80% in one week.
• Redesigned website content and information packs.
• Organised regional marketing committees in key development areas, in order to boost singer recruitment. Resulted in reviving the Liverpool pod, with 120 singers performing at the Liverpool Philharmonic and the continuation of pods in Surrey and Yorkshire that faced closure.
• Wrote press releases for local newspapers.
• Organised a 5-day trip to Belgium and France for 35 singers. Arranged itinerary, including performances at iconic locations such as the Menin Gate and Thiepval Memorial.
