About me

As an individual, I love to challenge myself. I am an extremely motivated and determined individual, competing on the World Stage representing both Great Britain and Wales at Olympic Trap shooting. This demonstrates how I thrive under pressure and constantly aim for perfection. This combined with my bubbly, go-getting attitude and interpersonal skills means that as well as succeeding on my own, I love developing and motivating others. This enthusiasm means that I continuously deliver results, regardless of circumstances. Aside from winning Olympic Gold, my goals are to develop, progress and achieve in whatever I apply myself to. On a daily basis I ensure that I work towards each of my goals, keeping myself driven and focused.
