As a Junior Consultant I am primarily engaged in activities related to the Commercial Operations of a leading player in the telco’s Italian sector. • Due to these activities, I deal, on a daily basis, with: o Liferay, a free and open source enterprise portal software product. o Jira, a proprietary issue tracking product, developed by Atlassian. o Sales' data analysis. o Systems' improvements in order to facilitate the agent orders' entering.
Once finished the training period, I kept on being engaged in activities related to the customer experiences’ field in the sectors of Telco / Media / Web 2.0 / IT Strategy. • I was engaged in activities primarily based on methodologies and practices related to Bip PM, Customer Experience Telco / Media / Energy, Web 2.0, IT Strategy. I worked on a project of Customer Experience at a leading player in the telco's Italian sector. The main activities with which I dealed with were: • Assesment of the Customer Experience of new products before their release, dealing with the problems related to their use and proposing solutions to improve the customer experience; • Monitoring the launch of new products and customer experience tests designed in order to identify and resolve issues that impact the customer base; • Analysis of the Customer Experience (benchmark, mystery customer, surveys).
