Using design thinking and product management principles we have created and implemented employee experience programs (talent management, mentoring & leadership development, hiring). I support and lead the transition to a more self-managed organization by driving accountability, responsibility and instilling confidence in all. ustwo is a global digital product studio with a 200+ strong family of designers, developers and product experts based in New York / London / Malmö / Sydney. We create digital products and services that make a difference for the world's leading brands as well as experiment with our own product initiatives - one output being our pride and joy, the mobile game, Monument Valley.
