The Museum of London is one of the most famous museums in London, founded in 1976 has operated as a social and urban history museum. At the Museum of London, I provide an exceptional level of customer service and inspire visitors engaging them with the museum's collection. Moreover, I support the museum to achieve their sales target and promoting their guide or other museum's products, services or encouraging donations.

The Museum of Brands, Packing and Advertising presents the collection of consumer historian Robert Opie, assembled over half a century from Victoria's age till today.
At the Museum of Brands, I input the customer data into the computer system and this required great attention to detail and accuracy. Moreover, at the museum, I cover the reception handling the money of the till. From February 2015, since my experience in event organization and customer service, I also work with the event department, setting up the conference room, greeting the guests and other general duties.
