For a new recruitment start-up, I have established and managed an online presence, especially on Twitter, achieving more than 200 followers in less than a few months, and on-going engagement. I have successfully increased awareness of the company’s services, also through targeted email campaigns on MailChimp; increased traffic on the main website and blog; and secured new clients for the organization.
I was hired to provide a potential brand positioning for Wilton Wholefoods, a nationwide distributors of natural goods. Through evaluations of target demographics, market trends, and audits of competitors, my team and I have compiled a report with recommendations on brand personality and traits, TOV and positioning offline and online, to be implemented in the upcoming months.
I had the possibility to work alongside and report directly to the Director on several tasks, including the elaboration of digital communication strategies, drafting of press releases, monitoring and reporting of press coverage, and presentation of EP’s programmes to specialised public. I have also assigned as part of the team to create marketing campaigns for events such as the EXPO 2015 and Europe Day.
I was part of the digital marketing team and collaborated on the ideation and analysis of various nation-wide campaigns (i.e. #GodzillaRoad; Hunger Games and Books on the Underground) for several leading film distributors, such as Warner Brothers, Lionsgate, Disney, Paramount, and EOne. Additionally, I was further assigned to liaise with press and journalists, and to analyse digital metrics, create campaign timelines, and manage official social media pages for films such as Godzilla and Begin Again. Finally, I have gained in-depth knowledge of research and analysis for competitor audits, and social media outreach.
