- Providing professional, friendly and high standard services to all customers. - Being responsible in training new members of staff. - Assisting the management team in the organization of venues, bookings and parties.
- Responsible for venue finding for all UK and overseas enquiries; - Presenting options/solution to the management team; - Negotiating the best possible price for our clients and exceeding our customers’ expectations whenever possible; - Updating and managing social media’s posts, clients’ database, company’s calendar.
- Being responsible of taking enquiries relating to private dining, meetings and events; - Communicating with guests to ensure all details are covered; -Answering any queries, organize special requests and communicate with all other departments of the hotel to ensure that function sheet are accurate and up to date; - Being on site during the event, making sure everything run smoothly, and not being afraid of getting hands dirty.
