    Based in Sydney Australia, traded on the Australian Stock Exchange, SAI Global is one of the leading Risk Management and Business Improvement Services companies in the world. • Progressed through the US business, before being relocated to the UK in early 2015 to establish and lead the EMEA Marketing and Sales teams. I quickly identified the EMEA division of the business struggled due to inefficiencies in processes, lack of leadership and no long-term strategy. • I lead teams to identify existing process inefficiencies, work to remove the bottlenecks and waste, resulting in a more efficient and productive team. Change management techniques, leadership attributes and solid communication enabled me to make a quick impact in this region of the business. The role has evolved to providing direction, leadership and continual training to the Marketing Team and a group of Business Development Managers throughout the EMEA region. In this role, I’ve aided in the growth of my teammates by conducting training and career development activities. • Developed Marketing and Sales strategies for the US & EMEA regions to introduce software and service offerings to businesses in most industries through a variety of mediums, including; trade show presentations, webinars,face-to-face consultative demonstrations and meetings.
