About me
I am looking for a new, challenging role within a vibrant team in Project/Programme/Events Management environments. My present Manager and previous Coordinator/Assistant to CEO roles have given me the opportunity to explore the events management and editorial/design environments. Having an insight into the technical aspect of production as well as office management, I have developed excellent leadership skills. I have 6 years of management experience, including a mid-level position. My other competencies within team and project management environments are: I look into improving the workflow, productivity and overall team performance. I define team structure to fit the business needs and restructure it as required. I make decisions about team operations in a commercial context, understanding impact of decisions on revenue, cost and profit. For the last two years the company I work for is going through restructuring process and my role is to sustain the professional and smooth running of the content division as well as liaise with other departments and overseas offices.

    The role is focused on comprehensive knowledge of managing multiple interdependent projects. Implement and deliver strategies within a programme to ensure successful delivery. I work more independently providing leadership and deliver significant results in a specialist area. I motivate, manage and develop own team, to enhance their roles and assist in the achievement of business objectives. Maine duties: ? liaise with other managers and staff throughout the organisation to ensure that the quality system and training material preparation processes are functioning properly ? making sure that developed or production processes meet standards ? defining quality standards and specifications in conjunction with stakeholders (content team, content design, programme managers, client relationship managers, client) ? assist colleagues in the overall direction, planning, control, delivery and completion of specific projects or tasks ? support and manage integrated projects from briefing to delivery ? build collaborative working relationships with the teams and clients in the UK and abroad ? an advocate of our process and represent the company to our clients ? manage and track project budgets against time and resource ? monitoring and evaluation of of the courses ? ensure the team is working at optimum capacity and move projects across teams as necessary ? help allocate ad hoc projects and thought leadership projects across the team ? provide strong leadership of the assigned project(s), including two independent teams ? provide input into the integration of beneficiary participation and accountability in all aspects of the project ? support the logistics activities of staff, particularly in relation to the purchasing of supplies and equipment for the assigned shelter activities ? participate in coordination meetings and other working groups or meetings as required ? provide strong leadership of the assigned project(s), including two independent teams ?
