Design and creation of online tools that allow quantitative analysis of qualitative data. Responsible for the content side of the platform, parts of frontend development and implementing research focus for testing. Cooperated with the biggest research centers in Poland, among others PBS DGA, Educational Research Institute and other institutions like University of Wrocław or University of Social Sciences and Humanities.
This hybrid role is divided between product development working with The Dots’ in-house design and development team to develop The Dots’ website at The-Dots.com.
Creation of graduates tracking programme that heavily used qualitative and quantitative research methodologies (CATI, CAWI, PAPI, FGI, OFGI). Quantitative analysis using SPSS. Co-creation of online platform "Absolwent" that is a social network site targeted to graduate students in Poland. Implementation of a 3 year project diagnosis of competencies and skills of students with an aim to modify curricula. I was involved in designing, developing and carrying out 6 online questionnaires diagnosing competences and creation of competency profiles using factor analysis using k-means data clustering method.
