Luxury log cabin holiday destinations in the UK. - Booking luxury log cabin holidays based on specific targeting. Targets were set to book a certain number a day and aim to book extra activities e.g. pony trekking or canoeing with as many bookings as possible via a hotline and via email. - Working to very tight deadlines in a fast paced call centre environment. Problem solving when dealing with specific customer enquiries in relation to their holiday booking. - Assisting management and other members of the team with research tasks for interesting extras to include in packages relevant to the season in which guests were visiting the sites.
Experience in styling and creative direction during university and beyond. Shot and styled two photo shoots for a live brief with All Walks Beyond the Catwalk which focused on feminine fabrics in men’s fashion. Also took part in a live brief with Dr. Martens in which 10 people were styled and directed for a short film and stills. Own personal project, Tempest, spanned across entirity of final year and consisted of a short film and two publications; focusing on women and style in the wake of economic turmoil. All elements of the project were self led; from conception to sourcing new models and locations, to styling and creative direction, to writing articles and creating layouts. The publications looked to bygone centuries through modern trends and current feelings, with “Same Shit Different Century” in mind. Tempest featured 12 photo inspired by everything from army wives to Miss Havisham, Anne Boleyn to Botticelli. Focused dissertation research project on the ways in which Shakespeare continues to inspire the fashion industry; looking to contemporary designers, interviewing fashion speakers and analysing Shakespeare’s own references. Conducted modules in Trend Forecasting, as well as thorough researching for own projects with moodboards and collages and as part of the creative process during internships. Vast amount of experience in written and verbal communication, through editorial and creative writing work during degree, conducting quality checks on all outgoing documents during position as Customer Service Manager beforehand and numerous presentations for Graduate Enterprise and PR modules. Also gained experience in events, after idea was picked up by Beamish museum to take place in Summer 2017.
