    • Working on Harrods Signature Gift Department. • Running weekly trade reports and other ad-hoc reports using ProClarity / SAP and writing analysis. • Responsible for managing the trade of 4 categories spanning multiple product areas (Christmas, Apparel & Sportswear, Toys & Games, Royal Collection). Looking at: rebuy quantities; promotional / MD activity & slow sellers; autoreplen parameters; assisting with Critical Path management alongside the buying teams to ensure all new lines are on time for launch; raising and amending purchase orders. • Daily communication with store and weekly floor walks with store managers to provide feedback and discuss trading and any queries they may have. Working with the rest of the Merchandising, Buying, QA and DC teams to get store queries resolved quickly. • Building strong relationships and working closely with vendors to ensure both the department and the vendors needs are met. Actioning vendor queries in an efficient and timely manner. • Managing the training and development of the MA, assisting them in prioritising their time / workload and being their first point of contact for any system / process related queries. • Identifying slow sellers for MD. Processing MD / Promos / price changes on SAP. • Building relationships with members of the DC and working with them to carry out tasks such as: stock transfers / RTVs; picking and sending allocations to store; carrying out QC inspections on new lines and getting these verified in time for new season launches; closing down aged STOs; resolving under / over deliveries to ensure these don’t cause issues with invoicing. • Working closely with the online team and attending bi-weekly meetings to discuss online trade and any opportunities to maximise sales (e.g. reviewing published / live line lists to ensure all product with sufficient stock is live; checking product descriptions and size scales; ensuring products are published on the correct pages and are easy to find; reviewing promo activity to drive sales).

    • Working on ASOS Design Menswear Underwear, Swimwear and Socks department. • Responsible for managing delivery schedules for three departments and working with BAs to manage critical path. • Managing daily Go Lives and working to deadlines to ensure all product is live in on the website a timely manner. • Running weekly trade reports (and ad-hoc reports as required), analysing website trade and writing trade notes – sharing these ideas in weekly trade meetings with the rest of the team. • Ensuring intake forecasts are met and working closely with suppliers and intake planning teams to minimise delays. Guaranteeing any delays to intake are being updated and communicated. • Selecting lines for Promo / MD. Actioning any MD and promotional activity on the system, working to tight deadlines to ensure this is uploaded. Also actioning any price changes to keep prices in line with pricing architecture. • Issuing MDAs to suppliers in a timely manner in order to allow them to make bookings as soon as products are Gold Sealed, therefore reducing delays. • Reviewing department flow cards and planning replen drops for the upcoming season. • Conducting attribute checks to ensure all lines are attributed correctly and are on the correct product pages.
