Waitressing, preparing light lunches, responsible for an electronic debit machine and the organisation of large groups in a fast paced environment. Polite communication with customers was essential, as well as being enthusiastic. Fundamentally the position taught me how to anticipate customers’ needs and meet deadlines whilst maintaining a professional front at all times.
