The role centers around supporting up to 8 Financial Advisers and helping them to make bespoke financial planning recommendations for high net worth clients. We service clients on an ongoing basis, so I help to ensure that clients' financial arrangements remain suitable and appropriate for them as well as produce annual review packs. I was also in charge of introducing clients to advisers, and organised boardroom meetings (this included setting up meetings to an excellent visual standard).
The position included ensuring guests had a warming, comfortable dining experience as well as recommending Scottish ales and whiskies to patrons. I also helped to organise private events held in the establishment's function room, and was hostess throughout the duration. Such events included wedding ceremonies and receptions, and I dedicated myself to ensure that the Bride and Groom (and their party) had a beautifully memorable day.
Solely responsible for the race-day experience (6 hours) of 60 customers in the restaurant area.. I was also hostess to private group bookings (up to 80 people) in the course's corporate boxes.
The course enhanced my analytical abilities as I was tasked with justifying interpretations of literature from various eras and genres. I also completed a creative writing model which allowed me to share my writing (poetry) with my fellow pupils.
