About me
I love building purpose-driven brand ideas that grow and differentiate businesses. I was at Google for 8 years as Director of Marketing and led the brand strategy and creative content for some of their most impactful work across film, digital, and brand experience - winning multiple awards including Cannes Creative Marketer of the Year. I co-founded Michaelides & Bednash, trailblazers in the cross-over between advertising, media and content. I'm passionate about coaching and building great teams, where everyone can realise their full potential in a fun environment and create the best work of their careers. Featured in Campaign’s Top 100 marketers Winner of Cannes Creative Marketer of the Year, Google Winner of D&AD, Digital Design Winner of D&AD, Creative Excellence Three times Cannes Advertising Juror
