Creatively leading a small internal design team we produced a range of integrated, cross media campaigns on Bauer's extensive portfolio. Collaborating with everyone from sales to editorial I would assist in pitching to agencies or client directly. Responsible for mock ups of campaigns, user journeys, wireframes and designing the final product. Sitting closely with both front and backend developers, we would build and test micro sites on a range of different platforms and often using established frameworks. The team was also responsible for the digital media used to drive traffic to the website and/or clients site. These campaigns often included a shoot to create content for both print and digital. Usually consisting of both video and still photographers, I was on hand art directing assets for digital use.
