- Creation of Mobile App for IOS & Android:This project involved creating a scope of work to be agreed with a 3rd party development company to build the functional side of it. Full end-to-end User Interface design of a mobile and tablet app currently under development to be released in the IOS app store and Google Playstore by end of this year. This includes designing the journey of the app start to finish and also the look and feel to it such as images, layouts, buttons, and fonts. Working closely with 3rd party company to receive regular development updates and that targets are being met for the public launch of the app.

Implemented the creation of a Sister Company: this involved creating a user interface design for a Mobile / Tablet App for IOS & Android which is now live. As part of this I was responsible for managing the third party app development with daily strategy calls, test feedback and timeline schedules throughout the project. I was also responsible for the design and build of a functional website to support the app, as well as producing branding of the name and a branded Lookbook which was then distributed globally to clients and joint ventures.
Delivery of ad hoc design projects for joint ventures: This included creating or amending artwork in accordance to the requested brief from the client. I was responsible for ensuring all deliverables were met on time to a high standard. This ranged from large-scale projects with deadlines to one day turn-arounds.
Creation of White Label websites for clients: I was responsible for creating complete websites or elements such as web banners and slide shows upon request. As a first point of call to clients, I was able to provide design support as and when it was required whilst establishing and maintaining rapport with the clients. Each piece of work required great attention to detail and was delivered on time to a high quality standard whilst working to client identity manuals. By providing this support as an in-house representative, my support gained the company a 40% increase in profit by no longer needing to outsource this requirement as a service to their clients.
Assisted in the development of the company’s first global B2C app for online and retail.
Assisted the marketing team to design on brand and interesting social media content to enhance products. This content was used across visual platforms such as Instagram and Facebook which saw an increase in online engagement in 2016 by 600% and a boost to website traffic.
