During my role as Project Manager at Stan & Stacy, I came in contact with inbound marketing automation. What I especially like about this field of marketing is that it enables marketers to create a close relationship with their customers or even set up a collaboration between the company and its customers. As you will see from this profile, my marketing automation skills consists of: conducting research to develop buyer personas, translate that research into creative campaigns and the implementation of campaigns into marketing automation tools.
Working within an dynamic environment on a variety of disciplines is not only something I do best but also what I sincerely enjoy. My project management skills are build around a hands-on approach. By being flexible, persistent and focussed on results, I always try to outperform expectations. The energy I put into my work also radiates to the people around me, creating a positive working atmosphere. My style of leadership is characterised by giving space and trust.
My main driving force is to help companies transform into a modern digital marketing organisation. By nature, I am someone who likes to support others in achieving the goals they set. Furthermore I am highly motivated to bring national and internationally operating companies to a higher level in the field of inbound marketing automation. In strong cooperation with my colleagues, senior management and external marketing agencies.
My vision on the implementation of marketing automation, including campaign development, is that the content and campaign teams fulfil a facilitating rol. Learning is thereby inextricably linked to the implementation. In my projects I often use time management principles and project management tools to ensure my team members and I achieve the best results for clients.
