    LEADING IN-HOUSE CREATIVE OPERATIONS In 2019 we established Godrej’s very first in-house creative agency ‘LightBox’. We drive creative operations with a compelling storytelling along side brand goals & business objectives. •Setting BCI ‘Brand communication idea’ with Brand equity team & turning BCI into full fledged visual story.     Experienced in creating social account from ground up. handled Kinky Roots Africa Instagram account. Successfully established a community of 123K followers on Instagram with only $500 budget. Generated user, influencer & celebrity content. The page started as a community page for Black Afro hairstyle. Due to its success in such a short period of time it has now turned into a brand for natural black hair. Leveraged data to understand what worked on social media to improve engagement rate by 56%. Worked closely with the content marketing manager to represent the voice of the consumer to generate new blog post ideas and amplify those posts on social media. Developed automated reporting in Google sheets on social media KPIs for executive leadership, saving 12 hours monthly work.
