About me


I started my career at 19 working with the founder of ASOS, Quentin Griffiths, at his luxury start-up ACHICA. Here I worked in Marketing & PR, with a focus on affiliate marketing. I was instrumental in growing the ACHICA affiliate program from 12% of total revenue to 17% in only 7 months (exceeding my overall target of 20% in 12 months). As well as this I executed display and email campaigns, worked on domestic and international press and recruited new affiliates and joint venture partners. Whilst I was working at ACHICA the company grew substantially year on year. I then spent five months living in Argentina working at the Argentina Independent newspaper whilst developing my Spanish language skills. My role involved selling advertising to a number of companies within Buenos Aires and the surrounding regions & throughout this experience I learnt what global fluency means in greater depth. My passion for luxury fashion led me to work for world-renowned womenswear designer Roland Mouret. I worked closely with Roland and the communications team to ensure the smooth running of all events as well as our seasonal show in Paris. I was the key contact for key retailers, VIP clients and assisted on special projects. Over 18 months I gained an invaluable insight into the luxury fashion business. Most recently I have gained a very wide and valuable range of experience working at The Gentleman's Journal Magazine. Within a small team, I built and maintained relationships with top-tier premium fashion brands to secure advertising for each issue as well as developing e-commerce opportunities. I took on additional responsibility to work on and win pitches for various premium brands to create and manage digital advertising campaigns. My greatest achievement was for the UK launch of the Clinique for Men Sonic Cleansing Brush, for which I sold the creative concept to the client and handled all elements of the production. I also developed an in-house white-label affiliate program which saw total affiliate sales grow by over 60%. I am responsible for analysing data & reporting back to the company CEO on a weekly basis. This has been a high pressure role which has required me to work independently and as a strong team member. In summary, I am a hard working, results driven and outgoing individual who has a natural interest in brand management and marketing within the luxury publishing market.
