  • Jimbo's Packaging
Jimbo's PackagingBombay Petfoods are one of the largest petfood manufacturers in New Zealand, with a number of brands under their umbrella including Jimbo’s and Purely Pets. I was approached with a brief to design packaging for their a new product range of frozen dog meats. The new packaging design needed to fully integrate the product families, across category and brand; whilst bringing a new life to the launch. I focused on utilising bright colour themes and clever typography, using hierarchy within blocks of text to make words eye catching for the fast paced consumers. The new Jimbo’s frozen dog foods packaging was a contributing factor to their brand rising more than 20% in the category. This success prompted Bombay Petfoods to initiate a design refresh to their Purely Pets range to bring the brand families closer together.
  • Line 7 Frontier
Line 7 FrontierCharles Parsons is a large clothing and textiles manufacturer with a long history in New Zealand. Building on the success of their Line 7 clothing line, they created a new branch of the brand to extend into the United States; Line 7 Frontier. Gravitybureau was approached to take on the challenge of creating high level advertising, branded art direction, and a B2B web experience to help them initiate relationships and sales in the States. For this project I managed the complex image manipulation and retouching to tidy up the appearance of the clothing. The image assets were then used throughout my website design for the full B2B branded catalogue website experience. The hero products also had interactive 360? rotating shots to see them from all angles. The website featured interactive areas that went into depth on the technical innovations in the products, and the brand story of Line 7 Frontier.
  • Belmoto
BelmotoFrom the people behind Magrette Timepieces comes the new racing inspired watch brand, Belmoto. My brief involved defining clear branding and design guidelines covering web, print, social media, and advertising. Combining inspiration from racing themes, with high fashion aesthetic I created a look and feel for the website design that portrayed Belmoto timepieces as technical and stylish objects of desire. The e-commerce website was built on Silverstripe CMS, acting as both an informative brand website, with high levels of interactivity, and an online store listing all available products to be purchased online via Paypal. The brand style developed for the website was then taken as guides for creating assets for social media, advertising and printed marketing material.
