Born and raised in London, I have been surrounded by creatives and activists of all kind and exposed to a plethora of cultures and people, my whole life. All I have ever known is passion, inspiration and originality. And I like to think of my creative journey, in a similar light. Throughout my University life, I have acquired an authentic passion for an array of creative outlets, which illustrate my uniqueness and innovation. The knowledge and experience I have gained throughout my degree and various relevant internships, has undoubtedly contributed to my evolving aspiration of working within a fashion creative based team and eventually building my own brand, where I can utilise the skills I have acquired over the last three years. Also, with over six years of retail industry experience, I have gained a deeper understanding of the logistics of brand management, marketing, merchandising and obtained core transferrable skills, that I believe I can take to any avenue of my career. Due to the extensive content of my degree and internship experience, I have been fortunate enough to familiarise myself with the realities and expectations of the fashion industry. Leading me to my long-term aspiration of creating an ethical/sustainable fashion brand, encompassing fundamental values and abilities I hope to discover along the way. Sales and Visual Merchandising responsibilities at Lush Cosmetics. Work predominantly on maintaining appearance of the flagship store and working on creative projects/installations. Customer interaction and experience is also an essential part of the job.
