●I joined YCN as a Project Manager - Partnerships in June 2015, and in February 2016 I was promoted to Project Director - Membership. ● My initial role involved working alongside the Head of Partnerships to acquire brand sponsors for the annual YCN Student Awards, and to initiate and maintain relationships with creative agencies as part of YCN Company Membership. ● I quickly developed relationships from scratch with agencies and brands, understanding their goals and business challenges and finding solutions through YCN’s offering. ● As Project Director – Membership, I have been focusing on developing YCN’s Membership proposition for brands and agencies. Alongside developing new business opportunities, I have nurtured existing brand and agency relationships, leading to more connected ways of working and Membership renewals. I have also initiated several projects including the creation of mentoring programme and a benchmarking survey for agencies. ● Experienced in using CRM systems (SalesForce and HighRise).
