Responsibilities included: • Market research and consulting in appropriate market entry strategies • Consulting in social media marketing and PR strategies • Working backstage at the fashion show held at Home House members club and management of pop up shop at the SANDERSON hotel
• Manager of 35 employees working across three homes for people with disabilities Responsibilities included: • Making sure that the quality of care provided by staff met the required standards and that health and safety regulations were followed according to the law • Ensured that recourses were used efficiently and that the budgets for all three homes were upheld. • Managed the recruitment of staff and to ensure their continued development in order to create and maintain an effective staff team
