  • ORGANISING NATURAL CHAOS
ORGANISING NATURAL CHAOSSelf directed project based upon the organization of natural objects and forms. Taking particular inspiration from land art, focusing on the shapes and textures found within it to create drawings for print and etch designs. • LANDSCAPES OF EXPLORATION
LANDSCAPES OF EXPLORATIONA collection that is based upon Icelandic landscapes including maps and topography that is all interlinked with the landscape. This collection paid close attention to both textural detail and geometric aspects of design, using a contrast and layering of imagery, expressed in a unique way through a creative vision. Every material had a different tactile quality to them, which made each individual sample innovative in their own way.
Work history
    Group Operations Administrator
Although Lloyds Banking group is not my working field of choice, I have found it to be a great learning opportunity. Dealing with short time frames, big targets to hit and a face passed work force, i have realised how I can work briefs under a large amount of pressure within a short time frame.

     -
Engaging a brief set by WGSN to create a series of samples suitable for an office environment with the theme 'Relaxed Office'. From this I created a selection of hand printed and digitally created fabrics that were worked back into. All designs were influenced by WGSN's Industrial trend combined with relaxing undertones taken from Japanese culture mainly Zen gardens that serve as an aid to meditation, an indication to creating a 'relaxing environment through design.
