About me
I am a London based Fashion graduate from Winchester School of Art. Having now worked in the fashion industry for over two years, I have experience in both Production and Design and enjoy the versatility of working within a fast moving and ever changing industry. I understand the importance of time management and organisation in order to meet strict deadlines inline with critical paths and have strong attention to detail. My experience within the fashion industry so far has enabled me to have in depth product knowledge and deeper understanding of consumer habits.

As a Design Trainee at Stella McCartney I work within Jersey and Denim, working closely with the merchandising team to react to current trends and wholesaler feedback. I develop samples and research for each season in response to meetings with the design team. A large part of my role involves adapting quickly and effectively to change in order to support the team. Through maintaining online fit folders, keeping records of archive pieces, as well as general ad hoc duties. My role also includes confidently using photoshop, illustrator and Microsoft Office tools to create visuals and aids for the collections, as well as producing digital artworks for knitwear and print.

Working with the womenswear team at Jasper Conran as a Design Assistant for their Mainline Womenswear Collections, my role was to help the Design Team in all areas of Production. Through assisting the team in weekly fittings and considering a luxury yet everyday client, liaising with suppliers to ensure minimums and lead times were in line with our critical path. As well as carrying out research and CADS in reaction to design meetings, quality control and general studio tasks such as arranging castings, updating and maintaining style boards and purchase orders. Through this I have gained insight into the running of a luxury ready to wear brand in terms of both production and design.
