I have spent the last 4 years working with the world’s largest music artists, DJs and management companies producing events, managing promotional trips and delivering concierge needs - never a dull moment. I love a challenge and take great pride in my work, always navigating through difficult situations with a positive mindset. My ability to remain calm and think logically in high pressured situations, paired with my acute attention to detail has landed me three promotions at Universal Music within the last three years, something I’m hugely proud of and worked extremely hard to achieve.

  The Hateful Eight Soundtrack EventTo mark the launch of Quentin Tarantino’s film The Hateful Eight and its thrilling score from Ennio Morricone, we produced an event with Czech National Symphony Orchestra in a live recording of the soundtrack over two days at Abbey Road.

Three main areas of responsibility – Events, Artist Relations/Liaison and Concierge. Events:- During my employment I have produced and delivered a diverse range of innovative events including showcases, playbacks, screenings and parties all of which vary in size and budget. • Liaise with all labels (Virgin EMI, Polydor, Decca Records, Island Records, Capitol Records, Fiction and Caroline) to access their event requirements. • Manage and coordinate all suppliers and event logistics – ie. venue, catering, security, branding. • Ensure that insurance, legal and health and safety obligations are followed. • Produce and update event documents – ie. schedules, budgets. • On the ground event management, overseeing load in, show and de-rig whilst handling client queries and troubleshooting on the day. • Manage a team of staff including security, catering, runners, hosts, talent handlers etc. • Artist liaison and backstage management. Artist Relations:- When out with artists I act as the face of the record label, I am responsible for making artists and managers as comfortable as possible whilst ensuring promotional requests are met. Discretion and confidentiality are a vital aspect of this role. • Co-ordinating and managing international (mainly US) artists itineraries for UK promotion. • Booking all travel, hotels, and budgets and booking all transportation in the UK. • Meeting the artists when they arrive into the UK and accompanying them while they are in the UK to all promotional commitments and making sure they are looked after during their entire trip into the UK. Concierge:- I have a very comprehensive and packed ‘little black book’ of restaurant, hotel, travel and miscellaneous contacts which I have developed over a 4-year period. • Main point of contact for Universal Music staffs concierge needs – ie. daily restaurant bookings, gift sourcing, travel and general enquires.
