• Project manage the launch of a large scale integrated, cross platform TV campaign https://www.freeview.co.uk/news-and-blog/press-releases/the-other-way-launch-release.html • Day to day management of elements across traditional and digital marketing channels and platforms • Managing various high profile stakeholders, TV channels and multiple agencies (BBC, ITV, Channel 4, Channel 5) • Managing the flow of feedback (legal/internal/external), amends and numerous approvals (Freeview, manufacturer, retailer and channel) on the TV creative and other paid advertising • Ensure that everyone internally and externally is delivering everything on time and is properly aligned • Policing branding and messaging across online, retail and any other channels • Creating a set of rules and learnings post campaign launch
• Coordinate and manage campaigns that are focused on promoting safe sex amongst gay men and same sex attracted women • Plan, schedule, deliver and evaluate ACON’s prevention and health promotion initiatives, activities, materials and budgets to achieve established goals and objectives in line with the ACON Business Plan • Actively contributing to the preparation of project plans and evaluation briefs for internal and external stakeholders • Liaise with external creatives, research, digital, web and production agencies from briefing through to production and implementation • Coordinate daily digital activities, include web content management and analytics, content development, social media channel management, scheduling and monitoring • Implement, manage and monitor online ad campaigns across web and social media
