About me
I am a highly organised enthusiastic individual with excellent interpersonal skills. I have just graduated from Newcastle University with a degree in English Literature and am looking to further my experience within the arts sector.
During my University holidays I have acquired a range of work experience. My time at Stormfront, Apple's premium reseller, allowed me to perfect my customer service and selling ability, eventually leading me to become top saleswoman of the month over the Christmas period.
My degree in English Literature has not only provided me with excellent proofreading skills but also the ability analyse and argue swiftly and fluently. The dissertation I completed in my final year enhanced my ability to collect information and to build and apply my knowledge to tackle problems.
I thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy keeping up to date on the latest fashions and trends. In addition to this, I enjoy playing golf and tennis in my free time and have travelled extensively, with recent trips including South America and Thailand.

• Dissertation: This year-long project involved extensive research into the life and literature of Regency England’s Jane Austen. Through detailed analysis of her first three published novels I wrote a 10,000-word essay on her depiction of the male psyche and the effects of the patriarchy.
• I focused my modules on the Victorian era; understanding how Victorian society is reflected within the literature and how decadence and modernism was a result of Victorianism.
