  • As the Marketing & P.R. Manager for The Richardsons Group in Northampton, responsibilities have been centred around assisting venue management with the marketing and advertising of five distinctly different venues within the hospitality sector. Notable achievements in this time include: - Updating the Company’s website & social networking sites to ensure constant contact with customers. - Corresponding with press, including compiling & writing press releases. - Liaise with the venue Managers to assemble the monthly event listings which are uploaded to the websites and accessible via printed form in the venues. - Making sure printing & design deadlines are met - including poster design and the implementation of new websites which have received positive attention. - Contact band & artist agents with regards to booking, making sure the entertainment stays fresh and new. - Effectively delivering communications across the marketing mix. - Interpretation of statistical data and statistical analysis - including monitoring K.P.I’s, R.O.I’s and making any subsequent strategy adjustments. - Support and initiation of events - including charity and partner events with international companies. Previous projects include working with the University of Northampton to secure a place at The Fresher’s Fair for the Company and re-launching one of the venues from a members only nightclub to general admission, with the inclusion of booking international entertainment. - Aiding in the delivery of tactical marketing campaigns and E-Marketing to a database in excess of 12,000 subscribers. - Co-ordinating photo shoots and liaising with our in-house photographer to create professional & visually stimulating campaigns. - Experience with setting budgets for a Companies marketing plan.
