Planned and delivered marketing campaigns to support the Contemporary Music programme. Collaborated closely with the Digital Products Team to develop ‘Live from the Barbican’, an online streaming offering: I built playlists on JW Player; briefed in all digital assets including rolling credits, opening stings and holding slides; and I developed supporting digital content, including interval interviews, post-gig panel talks and filmed workshops. Worked with BVA BDRC on a major research project into Contemporary Music audiences and their behaviours. Conducted campaign-specific market research into target audiences and developed data briefs for online campaigns. Managed the planning, production and delivery of filmed ‘Barbican Sessions’. Briefed, commissioned, copyedited and scheduled the delivery of digital programmes. Used Spektrix to create reports, build customer data lists, track sales, and to set up live events alongside Box Office. Used Datorama to report on marketing campaign performance.
