• Sourcing new sales leads both in the UK and international market place, building good relationships with clients through telephone and face to face contact, holding responsibility for the effective on-boarding of new clients and new business to meet the growth targets. • Establishing relationships with the client and other key stakeholders, obtaining feedback to enable constant organizational improvement. • Developing and maintaining an in depth and up to date understanding of the markets in which we compete, monitoring industry best practice and incorporating it where applicable. • Continued liaison and collaboration with the Managing Director: providing regular reports, highlighting any areas of risk and providing potential solutions.
