I currently support a large busy working artists studio, directly assisting the studio manager, managing his diary and supporting him with projects. I liaise between all studio managers and staff. I am coordinating and overseeing a new studio build communicating with all site members of staff. I carry out PA duties for the Studio Manager; sourcing materials, coordinating deliveries and collections, maintaining correspondence, overseeing diaries, screening telephone calls, taking notes and minutes, producing documents, visuals and reports, paying invoices and creating purchase orders. I also work closely with the accounts department and handle sensitive HR matters when necessary. I have conducted interviews and been part of the decision process. When managers are absent, I oversee their departments. I use daily a database system. When clients visit I coordinate the preparation of the studio.
