Travel's my gig – it's my obsession and my job. I write features for publications including The Sunday Times, The Guardian, The Telegraph, The Times, Conde Nast Traveller, EasyJet Traveller, the Daily Mail, National Geographic Traveller, Lonely Planet, Amuse by Vice and the Ink in-flight titles. When I'm not writing about food and travel you might find me reviewing a car, interviewing a celebrity or eating a burger. Or all three.
I'm chuffed to have picked up the award for Young Travel Writer of the Year in 2015 and 2016, along with the AITO Travel Blogger of the Year award in 2017. Visit England and the Canada Tourist Board have also given me awards for my work, and I was thrilled to recently be shortlisted in the Rising Stars category by British Society of Magazine Editors, for my work on Escapism magazine’s December 2016 issue, which was dedicated to raising awareness on the refugee crisis. During my time at Square Up Media I worked as associated editor on Escapism and Foodism, London's biggest food and drink title.
I started my travel career in luxury travel PR, so along with writing, researching and more researching, I assist companies including Airbnb, BMW and Visit the USA with their PR, social, copywriting and blogging needs.
I also like (*LOVE*) burgers and Bruce Springsteen, and I type things about burgers, Bruce, food and travel over on my award-winning food and travel blog, burgersandbruce.com. I also run the world's only Bruce Springsteen-dedicated club night, Hungry Heart.

- Hungry HeartHungry Heart is the world's only Bruce Springsteen-dedicated club night, and the ultimate night out for fans of The Boss. The night was born off the back of my blog, Burgers and Bruce. I am responsible for the growth of the brand – taking it on its first UK tour this year, and also handling the PR, social, event planning and, of course, running and DJing the night. - BMW i Sustainable Restaurant GuideI recently worked with BMW i to write, edit and consult on a new sustainable restaurant guide, produced in collaboration with Melissa Hemsley. The aim of the guide book was to highlight some of the UK's best sustainable restaurants, and encourage people to eat and drink more thoughtful, sustainable way. I worked as a ghost writer on the guide book – writing and editing succinct but inspiring copy, and advising the team on how best to compile the guide, using my experience as associate editor on
