I am a graphic designer and photographer with a particular love for creating printed pieces of work. I like producing posters, booklets and magazines and have incorporated my photography into printed publications that balance colour and text in candid ways. I aim to create work that evidences the creative process one undertakes to reach that point of completion. I try and do this through various analogue methods, for example; film photography, photocopying, collage and hand rendered type. I think this is key to creating truly unique, interesting designs. My photography is heavily focused in the topic of place as shown in a recent project based in Eritrea which is featured on my website.

- Communication and Jazz, D&AD Awards Project for Google & HMCTThis project aims to introduce jazz in London as a way to bring awareness towards society’s problem with connection. The genre emphasises good communication and the scene has created an environment that connects people. I shot these photos on HP5 film and push developed them, this meant I didn't use flash but worked with the other lights in the venues and played with how they could bounce off the instruments to highlight certain areas. I take photos of new stock and photoshop them for the website. Due to the nature of the shop, selling second hand designer clothes on consignment we have constant new stock coming in that is all unique and needs a certain care and arrangement to photograph and organise for the website. I take time working on the back-office to make sure the overall look and feel of the items comes across. I also work in shop delivering high customer service and fashion advice, whilst dealing with phone queries organising new consignments.
