  • The Local Music Scene
    The Local Music SceneThis project presented research on the concept of ‘the local music scene’ and the need for a promotional tool supporting local and amateur musicians and small music businesses. The outcome of this research was the creation of an independent magazine, Listen Local Quarterly, which explored the music scene of a different city in each issue.

Liasing with local promoters to ensure that posts for each show are optimised for the audience and in the local language. Producing graphics, gifs and Instagram Stories for immediate use during shows. Achieving a 70% increase in the band’s Instagram following. The Rolling Stones & Pink Floyd Exhibitions Planning and actioning digital strategies to raise awareness and sell tickets for theexhibitions. This involved: creating persuasive, informative and engaging content; responding to customer service enquiries; producing live social coverage of events; and collaborating with local partners in each city. The Rolling Stones Covering tour announcements and all major news about the band resulting in several worldwide Twitter trends. Creating engaging daily content for their vast fan base across social platforms, their website and official app. Working with Universal Music to promote the release of the new album, Blue and Lonesome, across all of the band’s digital platforms including the individual band members’ accounts.
