Develop key external and internal stakeholder relationships including editorial. Managed subscriber events across the UK. Act as first point of contact for the Customer Services Team and complete any other marketing team admin or enquiries.
Assist the eCRM Manager in implementing the email acquisition strategy for Telegraph products and services. Deliver email campaigns for internal and external stakeholders. Complete campaign analysis, including reporting and recommendations. Working with data team on segmentation and accurate targeting of existing and potential customers. Basic HTML coding and copywriting responsibilities. Provide holiday cover for Media Manager, booking and managing all in-house print space prior to production.
