  • General - Responsible for marketing activity across multiple markets (Europe, North America, Asia- Pacific, and MENA) ensuring all marketing communications are being rolled out effectively across different time zones and cultures to engage all consumers. Email marketing - Design and produce targeted email marketing campaigns for each event (including copywriting and design). Using A/B split testing techniques with Mailchimp and Google analytics to track the results. Using the results to increase magazine subscriptions and event awareness by implementing data segmentation campaigns to continually improve targeted marketing. HTML - Basic HTML knowledge, that is used on daily basis on both company’s websites to create and edit pages, forms and posts on the website. I also use it in our email marketing through MailChimp to build custom emails. Campaign management - Managing and executing global marketing plans and campaigns, that include direct and indirect techniques. This includes working closely with the events team on individual marketing strategies so that each events marketing plan is rolled out timely and effectively. Digital and Social media - Implement social media solutions across a range of platforms (Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest). Copy writing each campaign and adapting it, to ensure appropriate content is posted to each separate channel. Ensuring we’re using the channels to their strengths so to maximise our reach to target specific potential clients. SEO - Continually developing new ways to build website traffic by working on website SEO techniques using Google analytics to track keyword rankings. CRM - Using our email marketing system to manage all email databases, I analyse the email marketing results to send specific targeted marketing emails. This involves segmenting the results to send to specific groups, to send out manual and automated email responses. PPC - Working with a budget - Producing and tracking PPC advertising and campaigns on social media channels such as LinkedIn and Facebook and Google ad words. - Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing client accounts to ensure our reputation is of a high standard and to encourage future business for advertising and driving sales. Managing all partner relationships for both magazines and the awards programme that runs in Europe, North America, Asia-Pacific, and MENA. - Working closely with the design team, project manage graphics and imagery for marketing collateral (social media imagery, printing & email marketing). Ensuring their usage frequency and distribution logistics co-inside with marketing plans.
