Since 2014, I have led the product and growth teams at The Dots - the professional network for people who don’t wear suits to work (dubbed “The Next LinkedIn?” by Forbes Magazine)
Together with our CEO, Pip Jamieson, I am responsible for planning our product roadmap based on the needs of our members and the industries we serve.
To translate this vision to reality I lead an incredible cross functional team of designers, developers, product managers and growth leads. Together we design, build, test and measure everything we do so that we can exceed the expectations of our community.
Prior to The Dots, I spent 12 years in senior marketing roles within the automotive sector and also a spell running my own property company before going on to spend some time at Australian startup, The Loop.
This period was a good match for my startup and entrepreneurial mindset and the seeds were sown for a career in product and tech which I have never looked back from...
