I'm currently a student at UAL studying Public Relations and I'm looking to gather as much experience within London as possible. I have done a lot of work within administration and finance before I decided to study and I work hard as an individual and also within teams. I currently work at Scribbler on the weekends just as an extra job whilst at university but would prefer to do something within my field of studies.
Sales, Replenishment, Store Opening and closing.
Filing, boxing and data entry. Organising staff files for HR. Scanning, Microsoft and Ceridian. Uploading all employee paper document files to Ceridian.
Ports, leavers, new members and SAVRS reports. Contributions and unit prices. Microsoft Excel, Mainframe and AWD. Refunds and corporate account amendments.
Processing loans for law firms within NSW for PII renewal. Daily filing and administration. Correcting card payments on system. General office help and mail room.
Instruct outgoing payments; BACS, CHAPS and International. Deal with customer questions and complaints via telephony. Raise investigations in regards to fraud. Day-to-day use of Stop Cheques and Direct Debits. Support the Relationship Manager team.
