I currently hold the position of Post Producer at the creative agency Spring Studios. Where my role is to manage and implement the post production process from shoot to delivery across international brands including; Pepe Jeans, Nexxus, Diesel, Tom Ford and Tresemme. Previously I have worked for photographers Martin Parr and Ewen Spencer as their Studio Manager to produce publications, commercial projects and exhibitions worldwide.
In August 2015 I was appointed the new role of "Post Producer" at the Creative Agency Spring Studios. A role that had not yet been filled for the agency I was given the task to streamline the Post Production process from shoot to delivery. Managing the workflow for clients such as KIKO, Pepe Jeans, Nexxus, Diesel, Tom Ford and more. With two retouch departments, of 10+ freelancers, to oversee I also have taken control of the ECOM Post Production for the agency.
Since 2012 to present day I have been the Studio Manager at the Ewen Spencer Studio in Brighton. Working alongside commercial photographer Ewen Spencer, I firstly set out to archive Spencer's 6,000+, rolls of film, an archive that had perviously not been digitised. Recruiting staff and training them to scanning and retouch this body of images which is to become an online resource of commercial clients. Along with this my role as the Studio Manager is to arrange the day to day calendar for Ewen, head up a team of 3 part time staff members, be the main correspondence for the studio, bookkeeping, budgeting of commercial shoots, retouching, print management, book sales, and also work alongside Spencer's agency We Folk to run production of commercial shoots around the world that included clients such as, Apple, Nike, Smirnoff, Adidas, Levis and HTC. I have recently been involved with the production and publishing of Spencer's latest book UKG - a document of the rise of UK Garage, published by GOST Books. Most recently, production and creation of Channel 4's commissioned documentary "Brandy & Coke" (2014) and 'Open Mic' ( 2014) both for the Dazed Digital series 'Music Nation'.
