  • My current role within Spring is key to the smooth running of a high paced, high end creative photographic studio. Based in the Front of House and studios reception area I am frequently the first port of call for all those entering the building and those looking for assistants Being resourceful, knowledgeable of all studio processes while staying ahead of the clients needs maintains an efficient and high quality experience. Always making sure to communicate on a high level with clients, studio assistants and members of the agency is central to my position Some of my daily duties include: * Welcoming all clients plus a regular flow of internal guests throughout the day to Spring and providing them with clear direction around the building * Supporting our team of studio assistants by answering any of their queries or passing on important clients information to studio management or production * Taking a high majority of incoming calls for the entire building - which could include directing calls to the appropriate department or ensuring all correct contact information is noted and promptly passed on *Monitoring daysheets and client paperwork for end of day sign off * Inputting the invoice into our AX system for the Rentals team the following day * Co ordinating all in and out going client deliveries - this could be valuable styling samples, camera equipment or large props from shoots. Logging all these items for each studio and communication with the client production team ensures this process runs smoothly and efficiently *Supporting Studio Management. Scheduling monthly department meetings and activity suggesting ways to improve the client experience or raise any issues - this was something i implemented when first taking on the role and it has had a positive impact
