Building and maintaining relationships with C-suite within the largest UK and European businesses. Supporting the Executive Vice president in aiding clients to transform operational performance within tight timescales to help companies gain a competitive edge and drive sustainable behavioural change. Results delivered include shaping operational changes to meet regulatory demands, step change in profitability, enhanced operational efficiency/sales improvement and behavioural alignment. • Responsible to the Global head of sales and Executive Vice President • Researching prospective client industries, companies and C-Suite decision makers including current developments, earning announcements and organisational changes • Establishing an effective rapport and relationship by telephone, email and in person with personal/executive assistants of major company CEO’s /C-level decision makers in order to secure meetings and project development • Establishing direct contact and building relationships with CEO’s, CFO’s, Divisional Presidents and other C-Suite decision makers where necessary • Daily communication and interaction with the Vice President to plan, prioritise and formulate strategies for prospecting activity • Scheduling meetings for the Vice President and maintaining both calendars • Maintaining the process along with the sales and knowledge management databases • Supporting the Vice President client contact management and relationship programs including the planning and participation of client events
Maternity Leave Cover Contract • Responsible to the MD and Global Head of Sales. • Representing the company at external events whereby promoting the services provided. • Lead target generation of new sales. • Liaising extensively with clients to gain a thorough understanding of their needs and identifying which services they require. • Developing relationships quickly with existing clients to enable opportunities to up and cross sell products and services. • Creating bespoke packages to facilitate the needs of potential, existing and new clients. • Facilitating in the management and coordination of internal resources to ensure all business and client targets are met. • Ensuring all administration related to the sale of new services and ongoing management of client accounts are accurate and efficient with successfully securing subscription payments. • Maintaining excellent business relationships by delivering consistent and professional customer service, to secure a high level of repeat business. • Managing client’s needs and understanding their financial boundaries.
Temporary Contract. • Business development to meet and exceed growth plans. • Liaise with clients to fully understand their energy requirements. • Process and analyse client data to prepare invitations to tender and send to energy suppliers. • Liaise with energy suppliers to ensure maximum interest in tenders with the most advantageous prices and terms. • Closing contract negotiations between clients and suppliers. • Updating clients on market/contract progress and responding to client enquiries. • Monitoring energy market developments. • Advising clients on energy cost, trading and energy contract options (fixed and flexible). • Supporting customers in energy risk management strategies. • Providing support in respect to energy prices and procurement to wider business activities.
• Lead the diamond investment pension/SIPP department, negotiating on behalf of clients directly with an IFA to diversify their portfolios into the diamond investment market. • Training and mentoring junior level brokers, including structuring their client telephone calls and objection handling. • Chairing daily morning meetings, updating the room on current market affairs. • Maintaining good relationships with clients and representing the company at client entertainment events. • Initiating contact with new clients from warm leads. • Managing the process until business completion. • Answering messages in phone and email queues. • Leading communication, compliance questions and conflict resolution with both colleagues and clients. • Maintaining productivity levels and quality standards. • Ensuring that all processes and procedures were completed to bring on board new clients in a professional and efficient manner. • Use Microsoft programs, email and the in house client database to manage accounts, correspond with clients and liaise with prospective partners. • Communicating on a bi-weekly or monthly basis with clients to represent the company in a positive and professional light whilst managing their investments. • Dealing with all administrative requirements within the office itself for other brokers and undertaking compliance reviews for completed deals.
