• Account management - working with national brands and building relationships with clients
• Project management - from creative concepts and planning through to production
• Managing revenue and targets
• Casting voice overs/actors for commercials, looking for new talent and dealing with agents
• Sourcing commercial, production and bespoke music for commercials and negotiating with publishers
• Directing recording sessions
• Demonstrating the key strengths of the business to clients and agencies
• Pre-Production/Editing Audio and Video using Pro Tools and Final Cut Pro
• Managing studio and production diaries
• Copywriting/Legal Clearance/Trafficking content
• Artist Liaison at various events including the Jingle Bell Ball at the O2 for Bruno Mars
